Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using any part of the 1260 platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Account Registration, Eligibility & Security

- Only one account is permitted per individual. Multiple registrations by the same person are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
- 1260 will never request your password via email or chat without official identity verification.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All 1260 platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out below. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:
- Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Malaysian law or that may cause harm to others.
- Attempting to hack, modify, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's systems, software, or databases.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or obtain unlawful gains through strategic arrangement.
- Uploading, sending, or distributing content that contains malware, viruses, or harmful code through the platform.
- Impersonating another individual or representing an entity that you are not authorised to act on behalf of.
1260 reserves the right to investigate any reported complaints or violations and to take appropriate action at its sole discretion.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 1260 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits using available local payment methods, including bank transfers, FPX, and supported e-wallets. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set from time to time.
- Deposits may only be made to accounts where the user's identity has been verified.
- 1260 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
- Successfully processed deposits cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to the gaming account.
- Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same account holder's name.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take up to three business days.
- 1260 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals that require further review under our anti-fraud policy.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Platform 1260 is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1260 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss beyond our control.
Account Suspension and Closure
1260 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice where there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or unlawful use. Users whose accounts are suspended on valid grounds are not entitled to claim compensation for any balance that is inaccessible while an investigation is in progress.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the 1260 platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator or the relevant licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
The 1260 platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
